Ths one came about while playing around with Vue 6 atmospheres,the spectral lighting is very cool for your classic sunrise shot...the buldings were made in 3dsmax,

also did a small animated pass,this was rendered in 3dmax scanline using billboards made from the vue renders..with a bit of tweaking in After effects
